A hurricane, a tropical storm, and even a snow storm in Beaufort SC of all places. So, not ideal conditions for trying to put in a home. Was it perfect? No. Was it seamless? No. And if you’re expecting perfect and seamless, then you’re not being very realistic. Did Jerry and the Palmetto staff keep and honor their word? Yes, absolutely. Are they decent people who care about their clients and work hard and do the right by them? Yes. Do they sell a solid product, that is affordable and provides excellent value? Yes. Buying a home is more than just lumber, siding, roofing, and appliances. I’m not saying that those things are not important, but they are not worth nearly as much if you cannot trust the people you buy them from. Do I trust Jerry, John, and the staff down at Palmetto Homes? Yes, I do. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days. So thank you to the folks down at Palmetto Homes!

Palmetto Homes of Beaufort is world class in all they do. From helping the consumer find the perfect home all the way to the installation process. No stone is left unturned. Their homes are built to the highest of standards which include a full 16” O.C. Construction, 2x6 exterior sidewalls, 2x4 interior walls, wind zone 3, and OSB wrapped. Their homes are so air tight and packed with insulation that energy bills are almost cut in half! I highly recommend you giving them a call whether you are looking to buy now or in the future.
